Symantec NIS (Norton Internet Security) may now give a software security alert based on 'reputation'. This does not mean a file is unsafe, but rather that it is has not yet built up sufficient reputation, by feedback from the worldwide Symantec community of users, to be known to be safe. Unfortunately, as we produce software for a niche market with a relatively small number of users, it seems unlikely that we will build up sufficient reputation from Symantec's worldwide "community of users" (which numbers millions) to ever acheive a sufficient reputation to allay this warning. In the meantime, please be assured that all files placed on our website are virus checked (using Symantec products) beforehand.
